1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RadonSketch. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to use certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

RadonSketch offers subscription-based access:

Free Trial

• A 7-day free trial may be offered.
• Trial accounts are limited in features and may include watermarks on exports.

Pro Plan (Monthly / Annual)

• Paid subscription providing full access to features.
• Pricing: $49/per month / $490/per month.

Enterprise Plan

• Custom pricing and onboarding for organizations.

Billing, Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hoursbefore the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription term.

You can cancel your subscription directly from within the app:

1. Open the app and go to My Account -> My Subscription screen.
2. Tap on Cancel Subscription.
3. A confirmation prompt will appear — tap Continue to cancel.
4. You will be redirected to the App Store subscription management screen.
5. From there you can Cancel Subscription (or update your plan).
6. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you will not be charged further.

Invoices and billing confirmations will be provided after each purchase.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Monarch Radon Testing LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RadonSketch for personal or professional radon mitigation work.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, designs, and materials in RadonSketch are owned by Monarch Radon Testing LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse the Service.
• Fail to pay subscription fees.

You may terminate your subscription by cancelling through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RadonSketch is provided “as is” and “as available.”We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. Use is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monarch Radon Testing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RadonSketch.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
