Monarch Radon Testing LLC (“RadonSketch”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use our website, mobile applications and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, secure and improve the Service. Collected categories include:
A. Information you provide directly
- Contact information (name, email, phone).
- Account details and credentials.
- Payment & billing information (payment tokens, billing address — we do not store full card numbers, payments are processed via third parties such as Revenuecat.
- Uploaded content (photos, documents) you voluntarily upload (for example, project images, system plans).
- Support communications (messages you send to support).
B. Automatically collected information
- Usage data (pages/screens visited, timestamps, errors, performance data).
- Device & connection info (device type, OS version, unique device identifiers, IP address). .
- Analytics and crash logs.
C. Sensitive data
- We may collect professional credentials (diagrams, project plans). We do not collect patient health information.
Mobile App Permissions (what we request and why)
We request permissions only as needed and only with your explicit consent:
Android
- android.permission.CAMERA — take photos for project images and document capture.
- WRITE/READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_* — save and read files you choose to upload or export.
- BILLING — for in-app purchase.
iOS
- NSCameraUsageDescription, NSMicrophoneUsageDescription — capture photos for documents/profile.

Privacy assurances for permissions
- We only access the resources above when you grant permission and only for the purposes described. We do not access, transmit or store photos, or audio recordings unless you choose to upload or save them to our servers; and we require your explicit consent before doing so.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service and its features.
- Process transactions and send receipts/invoices (see Billing & Subscriptions below).
- Communicate with you (security alerts, updates, support).
- Improve, analyze and personalize the Service, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Billing, Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal (important for App Review)
We offer subscription tiers (Free Trial, Pro monthly/yearly, Enterprise). Example configuration currently in the app:
- Free Trial — 7 days; limited features and watermark on exports.
- Pro Plan — $49 per month or $490 per year — includes full app features (unlimited projects, exports, ANSI/AARST compliance validation, BoM generation, branded PDF exports, templates, email support).
- Enterprise — custom pricing and onboarding; contact sales for quote.
Subscription handling
- In-app subscriptions purchased through the App Store / Google Play are processed by Apple / Google; they manage billing, receipts, refunds and the subscription renewal UI. To manage or cancel these subscriptions, users must use their Apple ID / Google Play account subscription settings.
- We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; payment processors store and process card details.
- We may use subscription management services (e.g., RevenueCat) to manage entitlement and subscription state across platforms.
Auto-renewal & cancellation
- Auto-renewable subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Charges for renewal will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- For website subscriptions, manage or cancel from your account dashboard or contact support@radonsketch.com.
You can cancel your subscription directly from within the app:
- Open the app and go to My Account -> My Subscription screen.
- Tap on Cancel Subscription.
- A confirmation prompt will appear — tap Continue to cancel.
- You will be redirected to the App Store subscription management screen.
- From there you can Cancel Subscription (or update your plan).
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you will not be charged further.
Invoices & receipts
- After each purchase we provide a receipt or invoice. For in-app purchases, Apple/Google issue the official receipt; for website purchases, we email an invoice and store a record in your account.
Refunds
- Subscription refunds are handled in accordance with the platform that processed your purchase (Apple, Google, or Stripe/our website). RadonSketch’s general policy is that subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as approved by us. See our Terms of Use for a full refund policy.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We only share personal information as described below:
- Service Providers: payment processors (RevenueCat, Apple/Google for in-app purchases), cloud hosting, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), email providers, and other service providers.
- Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets we may transfer data to the acquiring entity.
- Legal Requirements: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- With your consent
We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as required to operate the Service and fulfill the purposes described here. For billing and tax reasons we typically retain transactional records (purchase and invoice data) for at least five (5) years after account termination, unless a different retention period is required by law.
International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, secure servers, access controls). Note that no internet transmission is 100% secure — absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such information, we will delete it.
Your Rights & Choices
Where applicable you may: access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data; opt out of marketing communications; or request a copy of your data. Submit requests to support@radonsketch.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Data Safety / App Store Summary (copy for App Store Connect)
- Data collected & linked to you: Contact Info (name, email), Identifiers (account ID), Purchases (subscription status), Financial Info (payment token), Customer Support.
- Data collected & not linked to you: Usage Data, Diagnostics, Crash logs.
- Data shared: Yes — with service providers (Stripe, Apple/Google, analytics).
- Purpose: App functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, and support.
Note: Use the above as a starting point for Apple’s “Data Safety” form and adapt exact choices to the fields Apple asks for in App Store Connect.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update the policy periodically. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. We may also notify users by email or in-app notice for material changes.
